Safety in the Lab Course
The premises of the 'Classical Physics Lab Course' are laboratory rooms that are subject to relevant safety regulations. Detailed instructions on safe handling of evacuated containers, electricity, lasers, as well as radioactive or hazardous chemical substances can be found on the Safety Instructions page.
The lab course rooms are equipped with the following safety facilities:
- Emergency shut-off switches that allow you to turn off all electrical power are located next to the entrance doors of all lab course rooms.
- Fire extinguishers are located in the hallways of the building.
